Karen represents developers, landlords and various creditors primarily in tenant bankruptcy cases, lease negotiations and lender transactions as well as negotiate rent reductions, lease provision modifications and disposition of tenant leases in Chapter 11 reorganizations. In addition, Karen also prepares and files pleadings in various Section 365 and 363 disputes, including rejection and assumption of leases, determination of cure amounts, adequate assurance of future performance and administrative priority issues.
